Jet is the wise one around here.  He’s a 15 year old Quarter Horse who has been there and done that.  I found him at a lesson barn and knew that he could help balance out Henry’s fiery nature and teach him what a good leader looks like.  I see now that he shows me the very same thing.

We joke that his name is Jet, although he is neither black nor fast.  He is the epitome of calm, cool, and collected.  He’s only been here for a couple of months so we could get to know him first, but we knew right off that he was meant to stay.  Now it’s official and the paperwork has been signed.  We welcome this wise one to our fold and will continue to learn from him as these days finally get lighter and longer.
